I could have sworn, CCR was the cover version.
Can't believe I was wrong all those years.

Brian,
Will all the songs used in the scramble be on shows played before the deadline? There were two that I got right off the bat (because they were songs I had voted for!) but all the others I know I won't figure out without hearing them...

Well, so far I think maybe one song I voted for has been played (Copper Box's "Comfortably Numb"). I must have some really strange tastes or wanted to let some of the less famous folks have a go at getting kudos. :)

Still, everything's been entertaining and I'm definitely looking forward to hearing the last 16 in the Top 40. Maybe my picks are hiding there! Thanks for the great show, Brian, and happy new year to everyone.

I think the deadline is the 28th, but two of the songs from the scramble that was played on the first part of the countdown weren't played until the 2nd part so I'm not sure. I think I got four of the six, but don't want to send it in yet.

Well using the IMix, plus one of the scramble songs, gives me at least 13 of the 16 remaining songs. It's interesting that 3 artists cover 7 of those 13 songs.

Two songs left to work out in the scramble. What time zone do you go on. It's 2 hours to midnight in +1030 GMT but in the US it's early morning

I hope Placebo - Running Up That Hill is one of those other 3 songs that I haven't worked out.

Keep up the great work Brian. Hope you had a good Christmas, and enjoy the rest of the holiday season.
