Home run! I love this episode. Great covers of some of my favorite songs about one of my favorite pasttimes. Well done and THANK YOU! I loved "Centerfield" the best but liked 'em all. Terry Cashman/Simpsons was great too...reminded me of the original. So good! This is going to be a tough episode to top (in my baseball loving opinion).

Great show ! We here in Oz were singing 'take me out to the ball game' long before we even knew what baseball was !

Great show Brian - loved the Your Love and Goo Goo Dolls covers, but I was disappointed by your Shaw-Blades assessment. They didn't put the Styx or Night Ranger stamps on the song, so much as the Shaw-Blades stamp - Tommy's counter-melody in the verses, the compressed drum/vocal bit in the lead-up to the last chorus, the swirling bass lines on some of the other tunes on the disc. Pick up Jack's 2002 solo record, or Tommy's 7 Deadly Zens (or their Hallucination CD) and you'll have a better feel for them, rather than the band to which they belong(ed). Otherwise – cheers, and keep up the good work!
