I got a replacement battery over a year ago and it's JUST THAT EASY to swap one out! I was skeptical, but once I got the thing open initially, it was a breeze.

And, loved the cover of City Of New Orleans!

I used these guys too when my ipod mini crapped out on me. The kit was good and had everything I needed to install the new battery. I did have a question and sent an email and i got an answer back from them in ten minutes. Now that is customer service. I'd give them a 10/10.

Rock On!

Dude, the transition between Song 1 and Song 2 was masterful. Well done!

Also bought a battery from them today. I've been meaning to for quite a while (almost a year!). It'll be nice to have my iPod at work again.

If my iPod (5th Gen Video) gives up because of the battery, I actually don't think I could resist one of the new iPod Classics, Nano's and the cool iPod Touch! I'm not even sure I can resist waiting until then...:-)

And the new prices (mine is now HALF what I paid 18 months ago) are so good, I imagine Sony, Creative, Microsoft (he he) might consider just giving up on the remaining 20% of the market!

Great Show! Billie Jean done in a minor chord, and The Rheostatics! I got so excited when I heard the intro.
