Regarding the trivia, I believe that the footage reused is an aerial shot of the car on the highway, which is shown on the longer opening for Married with Children. The car in the movie is very similar to the Dodge in the TV show. (Specifically not mentioning the movie in case someone hasn't listened to the episode.)
Again, not mentioning the movie, is this scene cut from the USA DVD, because it is in the UK? Grrrrrrrr :-)

Actually the footage Toyota boy is refering to is the shot of Buckingham fountain at the begining of the show.
