M People did a pretty good Itchcycoo Park cover too.
Did they even make it out to the USA? Were big here in the 90's.

I also checked out all of the different versions that are on YouTube - I think you made the right choice. The Mandy Moore version is too slow for my taste...Marie's is just the right speed.
