Cool that Jellyfish , to this day , is still heralded as an awesome band. I have that 4 CD box set from Not Lame Records. It’s amazing. For fans, it was like the 3rd album we never got. Especially with all the studio recordings that were never released. I liked the interviews from the band on that CD (those CDs) as well. I found one of the interviews cool, when Sturmer said that there were some music bands in L.A. that still use (or used throughout the 90s) their Spilt Milk album to tune their studios because the music was so rich and deep on that album. Thanks for keeping Jellyfish in the minds of music lovers.
This episode was great – I knew next to nothing about Jellyfish, but really enjoyed the selection here. Good job Brian!
One of the best episodes of Coverville I’ve had the pleasure to listen to.
Great band Brian – really looking forward to this one!
