Fantastic from top to toe!
I'm not sure why, but I hadn't heard that Dolly Parton cover before. She's done it again – taken a great Cat Stevens song and added a depth of emotion that surpasses the original – another "message" song again. I think that's the reason she does Cat Stevens covers so well, she has the same beliefs as him on the world. Both great philanthropists.
Finally, look at that Blow Pops album cover. "Her name is Rio…" !!
btw you can find "Situation" originally on Tom Jones album "The Lead And How To Swing It " – also containing a cover of Jeff Lynne's "Lift Me Up".
