Hey, you played my audio request for ‘Martini Five-O’ – which I had never heard! (impossible to pay download).
Thanks! And I loooove this cast! Tom Waits is still king, though……
I’ve enjoyed Leo Kottke’s guitar music. I recall hearing a track of his on a Windham Hill compilation called “Sounds of Wood and Steel”, in which all the guitarists played the songs on Taylor guitars. That compilation also included Clint Black doing a Chet Atkins piece, and Amy Grant and Vince Gill doing “How Great Thou Art”.
So… what Microphone was that and how can I avoid using it?
I originally thought the first song in the quiz was Suspicious Minds. The melody line on the first part is the same. I think that could be what Tina was thinking of when she said that she almost had it.
Wasn’t Hawaii 5 0 originally done by the VENTURES? I think they deserve the credit!
Brian! You did it again! All day long I’ve got “Bombay Goa, Bom Bombay-a Goa!” running through my head.
