The Johnny Mann cover cracked me up!
I always associate For Your Love, not with Beck but rather with Clapton, specifically the commercial song that drove him out of the group.
It’s not that weird, really, that 10cc should cover “For Your Love,” since member Graham Gouldman actually wrote it. (He also wrote “Heart Full of Soul.”)
Hearing the Dead Milkmen on this episode totally made my day! I’d love to hear a Dead Milkmen cover story. I know there are covers of their stuff out there.
