GREAT episode! Never heard that version of Taxman before. Loved it!
Interesting, JR, because Taxman was one of the 2 songs I HAD heard on this show, the other being Isn’t It a Pity. Happy birthday, George: http://www.rogerogreen.com/2013/02/25/george-harrison-would-have-been-70/
What? No ‘I Got My Mind Set on You’?
What would Scott say?
WHAT WOULD SCOTT SAY?!?
great episode, great covers…
quick note, although Clapton did it first, “Run So Far” was actually written by Harrison (who played guitar on Clapton’s take as well)
Agreed Aaron, that song is of course a cover song by Harrison, and there are not many of those. There is the bonus tracks show of course for the Citizens of the (Cover) World.
