I was recently interviewed for the Boston Herald for their “Working Stiffs” article. Enjoy!
Actually, I was always pretty fond of Bailey Quarters…

I read this today in the Herald! I live in Quincy, Ma just over the bridge from Boston and have been listening to you for about a year and half.
Good article.

I agree whole heartedly about Baily! She was definately “Mary Ann” to Jennifer’s “Ginger” 🙂
I was working in radio in the late 1970s. “WKRP” was a documentary!!!
You’re an inspiration to those of us who want to work for ourselves someday, Brian. Keep it up and hang in there!
In my hometown paper! How cool. Congrats Brian!
Well who wasn’t fond of Bailey Quarters; Lonnie Anderson was just to perfect, she was scary! Congrats on the anniversary!
What a great article! I will show this to my wife when she gets home… she loves your show now too, and it is great to get Brian’s story.
On a similar note, my family moved to a small town where there is only one radio station. (Sitka, AK) The radio station provides any member of the public classes on how to DJ and then after completion, you can create your own radio show. This is a rare opportunity that I am totally going to take advatage of since I am also an audiophile. (It is a perk of living in an isolated small town)
I have been making mix-tapes since I was in grade school, so this looks like a great new hobby for me. But all the credit for my inspiration to make my own radio show starts here at Coverville.
Kudos, Brian!
Where did she get those glasses – from Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie maybe?!
They ran your picture! It’s like taking the makeup off of Gene Simmons! Or the mask off the Lone Ranger!
Congrats on the nice writeup. You’re an inspiration to all frustrated former radio geeks like me.
What’s wrong with working in your underwear? 🙂
