    I just can't enjoy these other versions…. not sure why! I guess I'm really attached to the mellow sound of the original 🙂

    I love the original… and I agree with a lot of people who say it's hard to cover Steely Dan and do it justice.

    Having said that, I quite like Smashmouth's cover version here. Maybe because I was a teenager in the 90s and I still dig that sound.

    P.S. it hasn't shown up in my iTunes feed… had to listen through the site. This has happened once or twice with "Who Did It Better" shows for me, is there a bug somewhere?
