Unlike Gerry from Voices from the Vault, I love The White Stripes version of the Bert Bacharach song, “I Just Don’t Know What to Do With Myself”. More White Stripes covers of other people’s songs, such as “Jolene” previously recorded by Dolly Parton would be great. Or even better would be other people covering White Stripes songs.
The quiz was a tough one. This comment includes a spoiler.
I loved the version string quartet version of Marquee Moon.
The clip of “I Want to See the Bright Lights Tonight” was not from the album of the same name. It wasn’t even R<. So it was… a cover version! I’m not sure who it was.
