I never thought I would say this, but that Eva Cassidy cover was awesome. As a matter of fact, I’ve been impressed with this version for years.
My problem with Eva is not the quality of her voice but that is an old debate! Would love to hear Allison Crowe deliver the ultimate version of this on solo piano.
I also found myself singing the opening lines of “Hello” in the car (thankfully I was alone) for question 5 of the musically challenged.
Great stuff as ever!
I like that Frente! track more every time I hear it.
Just a note to Tina. That Kenny Rogers song is from a 1999 release, you probably didn’t hear that track on your camping trips…
