Great show. I know of another cover of Pinball Number Count. It is a jazz cover of the song on
piano by The Neil Cowley Trio. You can find out more about them at
http://www.neilcowleytrio.com/ Their cover is available on Itunes.

No, just kidding.
Seriously, though, great show! I can’t wait to play it for our little boy (he was asleep when it went up last night.) I’m glad you liked the Jellydots and Rosie Flores’ version of “Red Red Robin,” and thanks for the shoutout also. “The Rainbow Connection” is a beautiful song – we use it as a lullaby for our son. Thanks for playing that rendition, and not the Mee First/Gimme Gimmes version (which is fun, of course, but not the same).
Love the show, but I discovered the irony in the last track when the singer of Audio Adrenaline was telling the crowd to move back or the fire marshall would shut down the show, you can hear someone int the crowd scream B— S—! Thanks for the laugh!
I was excited to hear The Hairbrush Song on this episode. I have a copy of it on Audio Adrenaline’s Some Kind of Zombie single. Another Christian rock cover of Veggie Tales that I enjoy is the Relient K version of The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything.
Worth to note is that “Three Is A Magic Number” is used as music in a commercial in Swedish Television. The commercial is about a Swedish cell phone company called “3”. But then it’s a woman that sings and it’s more jazzy than the version you play here.
QUESTION: I love the Chris Ligon Crazy Dazy song, but I did have one question. In the song where they say “Guangy, why aren’t you singing?” Is that Chris Ligon saying that or someone else. I am asking because it sounds INCREDIBLY like Weird Al Yankovich. Please straighten me out, I am losing sleep over this.
Thanks
Hi Joe, that’s all me on Crazy Dazy. I’m glad you liked the song but I hate to think that you’re losing sleep! Thanks for the kind words. Chris.

Chris, thanks for the reply. I am finally sleeping at night again! WOW, you sound just like Weird Al on that phrase. My daughter and I love that song and are going to be buying the album very very soon!
Keep it up!
