Whoops! Thought I already fixed it, but missed the album, too!
I know it must be a weird typo, but I love the idea of Jerry Lawler singing 'River of Dreams'
Not as strange as it sounds – Jerry released a song in the mid 80's called "Wimpbusters", to the tune of Ghostbusters (about Jimmy Hart, one of his many feuds). Jerry has also released a CD called "Memphis's other King". From Wikipedia by the way, I am not that sad!
Brian,
What a treat to hear this show. I love Billy Joel and the fact that you couldn't find an "Honesty" cover, may just say what the first cover I have to sing on an album, if I ever made one.
Thanks for being fan accessible Brian and for all you do for the Coverville listeners.
Well, I am really curious about this version of "And so it goes"!!!! :S
I think that "Show of Hands" is actually a UK band – their web site is at <http://www.showofhands.co.uk/>
