I agree with you about the "People Who Died" cover. Even though it's not that different than the original, it takes a lot to cover such a deeply personal song and give it the emotion it deserves. I think Ariel Aparicio did so very nicely.
I love that Jim Carroll song. Dramarama does a great version of it too.
AAC feed, you are gone but not forgotten…
Having the same problem… It looks like it is in the feed but not coming into iTunes. I even tried deleting and adding the feed from iTunes with no luck…
This show did not show up in the Full Feed. Tried refreshing a couple of times, but no go.
Got it on the AAC feed now!
I was a little iffy about the Chris Isaak cover when it first started but I got really into it. I wonder how hard it would be to put together a show of all NES 8-bit sounding covers?
This has been my favorite episode all year! The entire first set is brilliant; this is why I subscribe to this show.
