AWESOME AWESOME show, you did NOT disappoint!
Great stuff! but damn, that it is 25 years old… it means I’m getting damn old to have seen it in the theater at 17….
oHH, yEAHHH! (Bum, bum … chigga chigga)
Track #4 raises an interesting question… what’s the line between “cover” and “remix”?
Loved this show. Did what a soundtrack should for a great movie… found myself sitting at my desk getting the feelings from scenes in the movie, but with a twist this time. And totally loved the tag at the end. Well done.
Great show. According to the Wikipedia, “”Twist and Shout”…was originally titled ‘Shake It Up, Baby’ and recorded by the Top Notes.”
My favorite Hughes movie, and not having a soundtrack made collecting my desired music difficult. With your info, I can finish off my Swivelheads addition. Great show.
In case you are interested in something as close to the “original” soundtrack as you are going to get, check out this blog post and download that my old friend Mojo put together a couple of years ago.

Fan bloody tastic.
Dan, I’m not going to link, but if you search, you will find a few fantastic complete Ferris soundtracks online to download (for evaluation purposes), with the songs and all the instrumental breaks and stuff too.
OK, now for Trains, Planes and Automobiles!!
John Hughes forever!
