Wow 0_0 lots of great Buddy Holly in this one. Looking forward to hearing this at work tomorrow. Downloading now.
Words of Love is particularly beautiful.
Great show, Brian. Had a laugh at your Big Bopper impression. Quite accurate 🙂
There really is something fantastic about a 2.5 to 3 minute pop song from this era, so influential and so timeless. Thanks Brian!
Just finished the new Stephen King “time travel” book 11.22.63 and wondered if he had considered Jake, the main character in the book trying to save these guys in ’59 as well as Kennedy in ’63. Hutch’s version of Maybe Baby really seems to channeling TRex. The backing vocals are straight off Electric Warrior
